These worms are grown in my long established and highly populated garden bins.  The bins are the heart of my garden, providing recycling for green waste and food scraps, worm castings for for producing rich soil for growing vegetables and blooms and compost tea for indoor and outdoor plants.  Healthy soil is alive with life and worms can be the first step in populating your garden with beneficial life forms.  Worms do so much while asking little in return.  There are some basic principles to know such as, no extreme temps, not too wet and not too dry, foods to feed and foods to avoid.  There's lots of information on line but should you need any information I am more than willing to assist you.
Worms will be shipped in cloth bags with shredded cardboard for insulation.  Unless their destination is only a one night journey they will ship Monday to Wednesday to limit their time traveling in the box
