Red Worms must be accepted when delivered!
If it shows that they are delivered and left in mail box or on porch ect. There will be NO GUARANTEE. On a rare occasions if your Red Worms arrive dead and you meet all the above qualifications we must be notified with pictures within 2 hours. We will then and only then work with you to make this right. We will notify you once we have examined your pictures, and let you know if a replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be shipped a new batch in 5 business days.
